All leave forms need to be submitted 14 days prior to your intended leave date.  All leave forms (emergencies excluded) need to be submitted via Pure Edge with an electronic signature.  If you need assistance with digital signatures, contact Tiffanie for a quick reference.  

Before you submit leave form to the Company, be sure that your supervisor (Station Commander, Team Leader) signs the "Supervisor" block on your leave form.  If the "Supervisor" block is not signed, your leave form will be kicked back.
